Project Scope: This project included many design challenges such as converting two and a half floors (i.e. 50,000 s.f.) of a standard suburban mid-rise office building into a creative "lofty" environment with an urban feel. The design includes features such as applied floor to ceiling tumbled brick, stained concrete floors, sliding barn-style doors, open ceilings, coffee bars, large branding rooms with pivot-style doors, etc. Furniture systems are Knoll, with several Knoll studio pieces used as accents. Kids II, Inc. has been thrilled with their new image and has proceeded to replicate this style with all future offices both nationally and globally.
